All locations graciously offer us access to their facilities so we can make our classes more available to the youth of the community.
Children, ages 7-17, can join The First Tee of Fresno. There are two payment options: 1) annual membership fee is $120 and is only available in the spring; 2) cost per one class session is $60. The fees enters them into The First Tee’s Life Skills Programs and any events throughout the year. For more information read our 2016 Parent Guide and 2016 Spanish Parent Guide.

The First Tee of Fresno offers youth development programs, which focus on developing life skills using the game of golf as its vehicle. The minimum age to join weekly Life-Skills classes is 7 years old. As long as a child turns 7 during the current programming session (season), they can register. For example, if your child turns 7 in July, they can register for the summer session.
2017 Payment Options (only choose one)

Classes are divided into three, 8-9 week sessions in the summer, spring, and fall. The fee includes all educational materials, and instruction; we also provide equipment to participants who do not have golf clubs.
Golf and The First Tee’s Life-Skills are taught together using a fun, seamless method that encourages self-discovery.
All participants MUST begin in our PLAYer level class and work at their own pace to complete the certification requirements.
A minimum of three nine-week sessions (27 hours) at each level is mandatory, in order to properly understand and practice the Life-Skills portion of the curriculum. Participants can then certify upon the completion of three sessions – keeping in mind the age requirements for each level.
Little Linksters Golf Academy
Children ages 4-6 are introduced to The First Tee’s Life Skills Curriculum. This 4-class, introductory level course is offered in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Age-appropriate equipment and activity-based lessons engage these young golfers, building their interest for the game of golf. Most importantly, they will learn The First Tee Code of Conduct: Respect for Self, Respect for Others, and Respect For Surroundings.
